About the Company:
We support a leading youth sports franchise in the US that runs structured programs focused on positive character development for kids. As the franchise grows, we're building out a remote support team to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a reliable Bilingual Customer Support & Admin Assistant, fluent in both English and Spanish to support day-to-day program operations. This is a remote admin and customer support role, ideal for someone coming from a BPO or call center background who wants to transition to a stable work-from-home setup with a consistent schedule. You'll be the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking parents and program participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries from both English and Spanish-speaking parents and program participants during business hours
- Provide friendly, professional support in the customer's preferred language and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Program Admin Support
- Manage and update participant rosters and program season schedules
- Coordinate field logistics and scheduling support
- Process basic invoices and track expenses using provided templates
Recruitment Support
- Post job ads on Indeed, CareerPlug, and Craigslist following a set template and process
- Conduct brief initial phone screens using a structured script and scorecard
- Log applicant information and pass qualified candidates to the hiring lead
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role
- Comfortable handling phone calls professionally and confidently in both languages
- Organized and reliable with good attention to detail
- Able to follow structured processes and checklists independently
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work setup at home
- Available to work US business hours (CST/PST)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with scheduling tools, CRMs, or admin software
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Background in sports, youth programs, or education (not required, just a plus)
