We are building a high-performance system, and this role is one of the most important positions in the company.
The Role
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inbound leads, answer phone calls, and schedule estimates.
You will be the first impression of our company and play a direct role in driving revenue.
This is a remote, full-time position (40 hours per week).
Schedule
- Approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Monday–Friday (flexibility required)
- Schedule may adjust slightly as we grow
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls quickly and professionally
- Call and follow up with leads from website and Facebook forms
- Schedule estimates for our sales team
- Maintain a high booking rate on incoming leads
- Respond to customers via text and email
- Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) to track leads
- Deliver a great customer experience every time
Performance Metrics (VERY IMPORTANT)
This role is performance-based. You will be measured on:
- Answer Rate (target: 95%+)
- Speed to Lead (target: under 60 seconds)
- Booking Rate (target: 50%+)
Pay Structure
- Base Pay: $800/month
- Performance Bonuses: Up to $800/month
On-Target Earnings: $1,600/month
Bonuses are based on hitting performance metrics.
