Location: Remote, with a priority first given to Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. ~30% travel.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who has knowledge of dairy cattle to support and execute our digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who can turn technical product benefits into clear, compelling content and help drive demand through digital channels that support both direct sales and dealer partners. You’ll take initiative to create ideas for content and campaigns.
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, you’ll work across content, campaigns, and analytics - helping build awareness, generate leads, and support product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, website, and email
- Support campaign rollouts tied to product launches and key events
- Coordinate with sales to align campaigns with dealer and regional strategies
Content Creation & Management
- Develop case studies, testimonials, and video content and photos from on-farm visits
- Maintain website product pages
- Repurpose content across channels
Lead Generation & Funnel Support
- Support lead generation tied to demo farms, dealer campaigns, and digital channels
- Track leads, demo requests, and conversions
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Manage all social channels, including: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Schedule and publish content
- Engage with industry conversations
Tradeshow & Sponsorship Coordination
- Manage logistics for tradeshows and events, including registrations and sponsorships
- Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, schedules)
- Prepare booth materials and marketing collateral with the assistance of on-site team at HQ
- Support event marketing and lead follow-up
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Track campaign performance and report insights
- Maintain CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Report on traffic, leads, and ROI
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with sales and product teams
- Support dealer toolkits, launches, and events
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent pipeline of qualified leads from digital channels
- Strong library of case studies and proof-driven content
- Increased engagement and visibility in the dairy industry
- Clear alignment between digital marketing and sales efforts
Qualifications
- 1–4 years in marketing, preferably digital or B2B
- Experience with social media, email marketing, and CRM tools
- Strong content creation skills
- Ability to translate technical products into clear messaging
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
