Director of Sales and Business Development - Dirty Saint®
About Dirty Saint®
Dirty Saint is a rapidly growing functional recovery brand on a mission to become the defining name in modern recovery. Our flagship product, FORGIVE - the Rapid Hangover Redemption Shot - is the first in a planned portfolio of functional recovery shots designed for the real, chaotic lives people actually live. We are a brand built on no-judgment, science-backed recovery, and a voice that connects with consumers who work hard and play hard.
We are a rapidly moving emerging brand, building something that has never existed at scale in this category. This is not a job for someone who wants to maintain. This is a job for someone who wants to build.
The Opportunity
We are looking for our first dedicated Head of Sales; a driven, connected, and hungry operator who will own the commercial side of this business from the ground up. You will work directly with the founding team to define and execute our sales strategy across multiple channels, build and manage key distribution relationships, and be the face of Dirty Saint in the market.
This role has a direct path to leading a sales team as the company scales. The person who performs here will have an outsized impact on the trajectory of this brand, and will be rewarded accordingly.
What You'll Do
- Own and develop distributor relationships across beverage and alcohol channels, ensuring distribution agreements protect the brand's ability to expand into natural and specialty channels as the portfolio grows
- Drive new account acquisition and revenue growth across retail, on-premise, hospitality, convenience, and bar channels
- Build and manage the hospitality and entertainment venue channel, including hotels, resorts, and large-scale venue accounts
- Develop and execute a channel strategy in partnership with the founding team, with accountability for hitting door count, velocity, and revenue targets
- Manage existing accounts to maximize sell-through, reorder rates, and brand presence at point of sale
- Identify and pursue new channel opportunities that align with brand positioning and portfolio expansion
- Report market intelligence, competitive activity, and retailer feedback back to the founding team to inform product, marketing, and strategy decisions
- Lay the foundation for a sales team that you will eventually hire and lead
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience in beverage, CPG, spirits, or a closely adjacent category
- Proven relationships with distributors, retail buyers, and on-premise decision makers that are active and actionable on day one
- Experience working with and managing relationships across key national and regional distributors in the beverage or alcohol channel
- A track record of opening new accounts and building sales pipelines from scratch — not just managing inherited books of business
- Deep understanding of how product moves through distribution: margin structures, par-level ordering, retail sell-through, and on-premise velocity
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you are comfortable operating without a large support structure and you find that energizing, not limiting
- Exceptional communication and relationship skills; you represent the brand with the same energy and character the brand represents itself
- Self-directed and accountable - you set goals, report honestly, and deliver
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 depending on experience
- On-Target Earnings: $145,000 – $165,000 with quarterly performance bonuses tied to door count, revenue, and channel milestones
- Uncapped commission structure above quota
- Equity: Tenure based stock options
- Company-paid health insurance
- Business travel and client entertainment reimbursed
