This position is a full-time, remote/hybrid job with work flexibility, office space can be provided in any of our existing office locations (Portland OR, Fife WA, Bellevue WA, Las Vegas NV). This is a mid-level position for someone who has previous AE Marketing experience and is eager to learn new skills.

What You'll Do:
• Coordinate the region's marketing content around our people and projects
• Oversee preparation of proposals, create new marketing collateral, and update resumes and project descriptions
• Lead and prepare AE proposals
• Conduct research on existing projects (via sources such as existing internal files, additional firm systems, internet, client input, employee interviews)
• Write, review and update employee resumes and project information, as well as qualification packages
• Write press releases and other external communications
• Develop and write content for internal communications
• Prepare presentation materials
• Verify/update client references
• Audit and maintain consistency of existing information
• Update/maintain project imagery and BD pipeline
• Review pass on lead generation data (e.g. IMS)

Minimum Required Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications or similar field
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Office
• Adobe InDesign
