THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, hungry closer to join our sales team. You'll be getting on calls directly with attorneys and law firm owners, presenting our pay-per-show appointment model, and closing deals on the first call.
These are warm, booked appointments — not cold calls. Your job is to run a tight discovery, present the offer, handle objections, and get the deal signed before the call ends.
This is a high-upside, performance-based role. If you can close, you'll earn well. If you need hand-holding, this isn't the right fit.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
◈ Taking booked sales calls with estate planning attorneys and law firm decision-makers
◈ Running a structured sales process: discovery, pitch, objection handling, and same-call close
◈ Presenting Destro's pay-per-show appointment model and territory exclusivity offer
◈ Following up with pipeline leads who didn't close on the first call (via phone, email, and text)
◈ Logging all activity, notes, and deal status in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
◈ Hitting weekly and monthly close targets
◈ Attending weekly sales meetings and participating in call reviews
◈ Providing feedback on objection patterns and market signals to leadership
WHO YOU ARE
◉ You have 1+ years of experience closing B2B deals over the phone or Zoom (agency, SaaS, or professional services preferred)
◉ You're comfortable selling to business owners — specifically attorneys or other high-income professionals
◉ You understand consultative selling: you ask questions, diagnose problems, and prescribe solutions — you don't pitch and pray
◉ You can handle objections without folding — "I need to think about it" doesn't end your call
◉ You're coachable and open to running a structured script while making it sound natural
◉ You're organized, self-motivated, and don't need someone standing over your shoulder
◉ You have a reliable internet connection, a quiet space for calls, and a professional setup
