Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, expertise in B2B sales, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your knowledge of territory management, lead generation, and product demonstrations.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize sales potential and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute territory management plans to ensure comprehensive coverage and market penetration
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue streams
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional communication
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and inform strategic planning
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Background in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required
Compensation
- Position is commission based - $40,000 base pay plus commission
