Amazon Leadership Principles
Bias for Action — Make calls without perfect information, keep programs moving.
Deliver Results — Own your metrics, close the loop, improve what isn't working.
Insist on the Highest Standards — Hold the bar high on copy quality, campaign setup, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
A proven email marketer with healthcare experience who has owned campaigns end-to-end — from build to performance analysis. You know your way around a marketing automation platform, write with clarity, and deliver quality work on time. You thrive in ambiguity and move fast without sacrificing standards.
