Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting and payroll principles
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
