The Role We are seeking Independent 1099 Sales Representatives in the Midwest and East Coast regions. This is a side-income position for professionals already established in the roofing and restoration industry (Territory Managers, Manufacturer Reps, or experienced Independent Sales Reps).
Your responsibility is to sign roofing and restoration contractors to the DCS platform. We provide the technical expertise to write accurate, defensible files; you receive a recurring commission on all revenue generated by your accounts.
Our Partnership Approach We do not believe in non-competes. We use a fully balanced agreement designed to protect both the sales representative and DCS. We value your independence and your existing industry relationships.
Requirements
- An existing network of roofing company owners or production managers.
- A direct, professional communication style.
- No interest in corporate filler or administrative busy work.
Compensation This is an independent 1099 commission-only role with residual payouts. We do not bill on a percentage of the claim.
