National Account Manager: Carrier Sales
As an Experienced National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging of capacity services and solutions to identify and develop strategic carrier relationships to continue moving customer demand opportunities. This role will oversee the day to day functions of assigned accounts and will increase the profitability through creating customized supply chain solutions. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities: Build, Maintain and Develop Client Portfolio’s via:
· Prospect new carrier clientele and ensure customer retention via research, networking and direct referral
· Clear understanding of the unique procurement requirements from client to client via phone, email, social networking and face to face meetings.
· Develop and execute a monthly business development strategy to support long term goals, continuous growth and increased earning potential.
· Strategic approach to quoting opportunities which maximize profitability and growth
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year demonstrated success within a 3PL or non-asset based transportation management environment with emphasis on LTL, TL, Intermodal and Specialized modes of transportation
· Strong analytical and presentation skills are required in order to support the value added services delivered by Elevate Logistics Solutions.
· Demonstrated experience with DAT, Truckstop and other loadboards.
· Persistent, resilient, team-oriented player with go-getter attitude and type “A” personality.
· Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment
· Desire to maximize income on a combination of Salary + Commission basis – NO LIMIT, NO CAP!
· **BONUS** Pre-existing book of business .
Requirements:
· This is a work from home / anywhere opportunity!! All candidates MUST have access to reliable cable internet connection 50MBPS + speed and a designated office setting.
· Must be a disciplined self-starter, capable surpassing goals and expectations with minimal supervision on a consistent basis

· $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission compensation on weekly draw – NO MINIMUM REQUIRED!
