The Growth Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Associate to help plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing initiatives that support pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and client engagement. This entry-level professional role involves analytical thinking, project ownership, and coordination across teams. Over time, the Marketing Associate will manage campaigns and event initiatives with increasing independence and strategic responsibility.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, events, and digital channels
- Manage marketing automation workflows and campaign execution within Pardot
- Analyze campaign performance and develop insights to improve engagement and pipeline impact
- Partner with events, editorial, and commercial teams to support strategic marketing initiatives
- Coordinate logistics and communications for inperson and virtual events
- Maintain and optimize marketing data in Salesforce and related systems
- Manage campaign timelines and project plans across stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and program effectiveness
- Assume ownership of defined marketing campaigns or event initiatives
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 0-1 years of professional marketing experience (internships included)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in marketing technology platforms such as Pardot or Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and problemsolving ability

The base salary range estimate for this position is $75,000-$85,000.
