Position: Fence Sales & Digital Marketing Representative
Overview Seeking a motivated, customer-facing sales professional to develop and close new construction, builder, realtor, and property manager accounts. Role combines door-to-door outreach, relationship cultivation, contract writing, deposit collection, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, meet with, and build relationships with:
- New construction sales teams
- Builders and developers
- Realtors and brokerages
- Property managers
- Conduct door-to-door sales and on-site presentations
- Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Prepare and present customer contracts; secure deposits and close sales
- Track sales metrics and report progress toward targets.

Compensation Pay per linear foot (uncapped potential):
- $1.00 for 0–833 ft — up to $833/month
- $1.25 for 834–1,667 ft — up to $2,083.75/month
- $1.50 for 1,668–2,500 ft — up to $3,750/month
- $1.75 for 2,501–3,333 ft — up to $5,832.75/month
- $2.00 for 3,334–4,166 ft — up to $8,332/month
- $2.25 for 4,167+ ft — no cap
