The Role:
As an Events Coordinator at Grail in the External Events team, you’ll be securing tickets and invites to events for creators. You’ll be networking with the organizations hosting these events, PR companies, brands, and other entities to pitch our roster of creators and secure invites. This includes both paid and gifted opportunities.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently and excited at the prospect of identifying event opportunities and building a calendar and pipeline of event opportunities for our creator roster. The role will span sales, event coordination, marketing, and is a great fit for someone who considers themselves highly organized. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be working closely with the talent teams as well as brands and agencies.
Grail Talent is a remote company with team members across the US. In particular we’re looking for someone to be able to cover the US market for our team on US time zones. This role is not a regular 9-5 job, we have clients across multiple time zones and this will require working varied hours.
The role will include:
- Identifying event opportunities for creators
- Sourcing and closing new events partnerships in our key markets across North America and Europe
- Making sure creators and internal teams are aware of the events you source
- Making sure we are a good partner and deliver our end of the bargain when we book a creator to an event
- Networking with creators to identify opportunities and get feedback
- Identifying revenue opportunities we can expand upon
- Networking with brands and agencies to identify events
- Working with our existing clients and teams
- Research and identify potential partners
- Building and managing a pipeline/calendar of events and ensuring appropriate marketing is done to maximize participation
- Maintain regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to align on talent availability and brand fit
Requirements:
- Must have 1-3 years experience in a related field as a minimum
- Bonus: Familiarity with influencers and the creator economy
