Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth across key B2B markets. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine strategy, execution, and team development to build a scalable, high-performing sales engine.
You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, strengthening client relationships, improving team performance, and identifying new growth opportunities. Duties
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, creating a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Build and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals, with a strong focus on B2B markets, revenue growth, and long-term customer value
Drive new business development by identifying high-potential opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing strategic deals
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure disciplined execution across prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and close
Partner closely with account management and customer-facing teams to support retention, expansion, and overall client satisfaction
Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline quality across target segments
Use Salesforce and related tools to track sales activity, analyze performance, improve forecasting, and identify areas for optimization
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and build key partnerships
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategy and uncover new opportunities for growth
Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership on team performance, pipeline health, and revenue progress
Requirements
Proven success in B2B sales leadership, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams in a performance-driven environment
Strong background in technology sales, SaaS, or complex B2B solutions, with the ability to communicate value clearly to decision-makers
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with strong discipline around pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Excellent business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to win new clients and grow existing relationships
Strong analytical skills and comfort using sales data, market insights, and performance metrics to guide decisions
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive alignment across functions
Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of relationship management, retention, and long-term account growth
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities with consistency and focus
