We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to support our client’s Social and Content Marketing team. This role focuses on managing affiliate influencer networks, executing performance-driven and UGC creator campaigns, and supporting paid influencer initiatives. The Specialist will help run monthly campaigns, manage creator relationships, and contribute to the growth of the client’s influencer program. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and well‑versed in creator trends, influencer best practices, and tools such as CreatorIQ, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
Influencer Program Execution
- Manage affiliate influencer network operations, including onboarding, communication, and performance tracking.
- Lead and support performance-driven and UGC-focused creator campaigns, including sourcing, outreach, and community management.
- Execute paid influencer campaigns from brief development through content delivery, approvals, and reporting.
- Oversee organic gifting initiatives, including product selection, lookbook creation, and order placement.
- Maintain evergreen influencer relationships and nurture ongoing creator partnerships.
- Utilize CreatorIQ (or similar platforms) to manage creator pipelines, track deliverables, and monitor performance.
Campaign Development & Reporting
- Develop creative briefs in partnership with internal teams and agency partners.
- Support content development with creators and coordinate asset delivery with Social and Paid Media teams.
- Track earned and paid campaign performance and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
- Analyze creator and content trends to inform program strategy, innovation, and full-funnel influencer planning.
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to build reports, presentations, and campaign documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Social, Content, Paid Media, External Communications, and Affiliate teams to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
- Assist with experiential partnerships and internal/external events as needed.
- Contribute to broader program needs, special projects, and the evaluation of new tools and strategies to scale creator programs.
- Thrive in a highly cross-functional environment, supporting multiple stakeholders and workflows simultaneously.
