Grain Studio Agency is building a high-performance sales team to close premium B2B marketing deals.
We are a Bay Area-based agency working with fast-scaling brands, and we are looking for driven sales professionals who can operate at a high level.
This is a commission-only contractor role (25% per deal, no cap) — designed for individuals who want uncapped earning potential and are confident in their ability to close.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Prospecting and generating qualified leads
• Pitching our marketing services to business owners
• Closing high-value deals
• Driving direct revenue growth
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in B2B sales (marketing services is a plus)
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
Compensation:
• 25% commission per deal
• No cap on earnings
