The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help execute and scale growth initiatives across channels.
You’ll work directly with our Head of Growth (ex-Smartsheet, ex-InVision) to run experiments, launch campaigns, and help drive user acquisition.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — ideal for someone who wants to learn from an experienced growth leader while having real ownership over outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Execute Growth Campaigns
- Launch and manage marketing initiatives across channels (social, email, partnerships, etc.)
- Support user acquisition efforts and growth experiments
- Help drive awareness and traffic to Passive
Run Experiments
- Test different messaging, channels, and content formats
- Measure performance and iterate quickly
- Identify what works and double down on it
Support Organic & Content Growth
- Work closely with social and content efforts
- Help develop campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
- Assist with founder-led and brand storytelling initiatives
Optimize the Funnel
- Analyze user behavior and conversion across the funnel
- Identify drop-offs and opportunities for improvement
- Work with product and growth to improve activation and retention
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with product, design, and analytics teams
- Help ensure marketing efforts align with product experience
- Contribute to overall growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related role
- Experience executing campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition in the B2C space
- Comfort working with data and performance metrics
- Ability to move quickly and execute in a startup environment
Bonus if you have:
- Startup or early-stage company experience
- Experience working in a growth team or performance marketing role
- Familiarity with B2C or marketplace products
- Experience with content or social-driven growth
- Interest in careers, recruiting, or AI
