Job Title: Administrative Assistant

What You’ll Do
- Keep calendars organized and help schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the right people
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) so information is easy to find
- Order office supplies and help keep the workspace running efficiently
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like tracking expenses or processing invoices
- Support team members with day-to-day administrative needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and friendly communication, both written and verbal
- Comfort with common tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm when things get busy
- A dependable, proactive mindset—you notice what needs to be done and take initiative
- Previous administrative experience is helpful, but not required
