Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, high‑volume sales professional to expand our private label apparel business across the United States. This individual will sell the capacity of our world‑class factory, securing private label programs with major specialty retailers, big box stores, and mass retailers. The ideal candidate will have existing connections, a track record of moving large volumes, and a deep understanding of the apparel supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to fill our factory capacity with high‑volume orders from U.S. customers.
· Identify and secure private label programs with specialty retailers, mass merchants, and e‑commerce partners.
· Leverage existing relationships to open new accounts and expand business with major U.S. retailers.
· Collaborate closely with our Pakistan headquarters and U.S. liaison office to align production capabilities with customer needs.
· Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and proposal to negotiations, forecasting and order fulfillment.
· Provide market insights and feedback to the manufacturing team to support innovation and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in high‑volume apparel sales, preferably with private label or contract manufacturing.
· Proven network and relationships with major U.S. retailers (specialty, mass, and big box).
· Demonstrated ability to sell large volumes and manage private label programs from concept through delivery.
· Strong knowledge of knitted apparel and the product development process.
· Ability to travel as needed to meet clients across the United States.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
