Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, helping others, and making an office run smoothly. As our Office Administrative Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the day-to-day operations—supporting the team, handling details big and small, and creating a welcoming, efficient environment for everyone.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting daily office operations and helping the team stay on track
- Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling calendar updates
- Answering calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the right people
- Organizing files, documents, and office records so everything is easy to find
- Assisting with data entry, reports, and basic administrative tasks
- Ordering office supplies and keeping the workspace stocked and organized
- Greeting visitors and helping create a positive first impression
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking with different people
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without feeling overwhelmed
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools)
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Previous administrative or office experience is helpful, but not required
