📋 Your Mission Will Be To
- Channels used to provide support to Customers: Phone and Email > Receive a minimum of 25 calls per day > Assist clients who are waiting to get their car to Body Shop > Do outbound calls to clients and give them updates about the status of their car repairs > Solve inquiries about claims process > Give information about services and prices > Escalate tickets through Slack > Outbound calls - In the case we miss a call. Ask if they prefer to be contacted via email or call / Providing necessary updates > Answer emails and do other admin tasks

HOOP: MON-FRI from 8a-6p ET. The agent will most likely cover from 1p-5p ET, per TL RC.
Please note that training is for 8 hours.
