About The Role
Medical Marijuana Clinic is seeking a dependable and compassionate Chat Support Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and clients, delivering prompt, accurate, and empathetic support through live chat and messaging platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing the patient experience while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to patient and client inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, appointments, and general inquiries
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate clinical or administrative staff
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions in the system
Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality policies
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the patient support experience
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or a healthcare setting is a plus
Excellent written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage
