Position Overview
Kate Farms is seeking a Designer, Social & Paid, who is eager to grow their craft while helping bring our brand to life in culture. This role is ideal for a designer with a hunger for visual storytelling, an awareness of cultural trends, and a passion for creating work with a visible purpose.
As our go-to designer for social and performance creative, you will own the day-to-day design and execution of organic social content and paid digital assets. You'll also contribute to broader brand initiatives across campaigns, print, sales materials, and other key touchpoints.

What You Will Do
- Lead the design and execution of organic social content across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Meta
- Develop compelling paid digital creative optimized for performance and engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life
- Contribute to broader brand initiatives, including print materials, campaign assets, and sales enablement tools
- Ensure creative work is aligned with brand guidelines while pushing the brand forward in thoughtful and culturally relevant ways
- Stay current on social trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio
- Has 1 - 2 years of design experience, either in-house or at an agency
- Has hands-on experience designing for social media and digital advertising, with a strong understanding of how creative performs across platforms
- Demonstrates strong foundational craft in typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling
- Is fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with motion or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
- Is curious, culturally aware, and drawn to mission-driven work; interest in health and wellness is a bonus
- Brings organization, attention to detail, and pride in delivering work that is both polished and purposeful
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and views feedback as a tool for growth
- Has strong visual taste and creative intuition, and a drive to continuously refine both
- Has a strong commitment to the company mission and values
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

This position will work in a home/office environment, with occasional trips to the corporate office or other meeting locations. Requires 10% travel.
Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component that together comprise the On-Target-Earnings (OTE).
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest salary range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background verification.
$64,00 - $70,000 USD
For full-time salaried or hourly workers, our total rewards package also include the option to enroll in a company-matched 401k plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Employees will also receive a generous PTO benefit with a starting accrual of 15 days per year (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure), two weeks of paid "Refresh" leave, 80 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
