The Illinois Osteopathic Medical Society is looking to contract a temporary Executive Assistant Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the executive administrative activities of the organization at 20 hours per week for a three-month period.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records supporting association members and stakeholders
- Plan and execution of Board and Committee meetings on select Tuesday and Thursday evenings
- Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Director and Board President
- Complete Q1/Q2 projects in progress to meet deadlines
- Perform other office tasks as requested
Qualifications:
- Experience in executive administration or nonprofit operations, association management a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational and communications skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities, including experience managing a nonprofit board
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree or MBA preferred
