The Illinois Osteopathic Medical Society is looking to contract a temporary Executive Assistant Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the executive administrative activities of the organization at 20 hours per week for a three-month period.

Responsibilities:

Manage records supporting association members and stakeholders
Plan and execution of Board and Committee meetings on select Tuesday and Thursday evenings
Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Director and Board President
Complete Q1/Q2 projects in progress to meet deadlines
Perform other office tasks as requested

Qualifications:

Experience in executive administration or nonprofit operations, association management a plus
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational and communications skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities, including experience managing a nonprofit board
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree or MBA preferred
