Position OverviewThe Content Marketing Associate is a remote role and plays a key role in expanding Teddy Baldassarre’s digital presence by supporting the creation, optimization, and distribution of high-quality content across our website, YouTube channel, social platforms, and marketing initiatives.
This role works closely with editorial, video production, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure our content continues to educate, engage, and convert a global audience of watch enthusiasts.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with strong writing skills and a passion for watches and digital media.
Core ResponsibilitiesContent Development- Assist in writing and editing articles, buying guides, product features, and educational watch content for the Teddy Baldassarre website.
- Assist in writing copy for sections on the homepage, product pages and other ad-hoc pages or sections on the site.
- Assist in writing all copy for lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Assist in caption writing for social media channels.
- Conduct research on watches, brands, horological trends, and collector interests to support content production.
- Monitor and analyze conversations across various social media platforms and forums to identify emerging watch trends, relevant discussions, and brand opportunities.
- Help develop topic ideas and editorial calendars aligned with audience growth and product launches.
SEO & Digital Optimization- Optimize content for search engines using keyword research and on-page SEO best practices.
- Support ongoing updates and optimization of existing articles to improve search rankings and traffic.
- Monitor content performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Content Distribution- Deliver content to ensure timely publishing across the website, social media channels, and lifecycle marketing.
- Ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand partner initiatives.
- Assist in creating supporting materials for YouTube and social media content.
Analytics & Performance Tracking- Track engagement and performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and content-driven sales.
- Provide insights into which content types perform best and recommend improvements.
Brand Voice & Quality Control- Ensure all written content reflects Teddy Baldassarre’s educational, authoritative, and enthusiast-driven tone.
- Maintain editorial consistency across the brand’s digital platforms.
Qualifications- MUST have a strong interest in watches and be active in watch enthusiast communities
- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, editorial writing, journalism, or digital media
- Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization
- Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Experience- Experience writing about watches, luxury goods, or enthusiast hobbies
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools
- Experience working in e-commerce or media companies
- Understanding of the luxury watch industry
