Job Details
As a Customer Success Manager / Customer Support Specialist on our team, we are looking for:
- California residency
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or client support is
preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, or
similar platforms
