At The Booth by LoveStream, we ship self-serve photo booths — packed with photos, GIFs, boomerangs, instant sharing, and more — to events across the country. Weddings. Corporate events. Brand activations for companies like Amazon, Google, and Visa. Our clients set it up themselves, and we promise it just works. But when they need help, we show up — fast, calm, and capable. That's where you come in.
You'll be the voice on the other end of the line when a client is mid-event and something isn't cooperating. You'll walk them through a fix over video call, text, or phone — clearly, quickly, and without panic. You get that a wedding reception isn't a help ticket. The moment matters, and you treat it that way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Live Support (Your Main Stage)
→ Support clients via video call, phone, email, and text — often in real time while their event is happening
→ Troubleshoot booth issues fast: connectivity, software, sharing, printing, setup snags — and walk clients through fixes step by step
→ De-escalate tense moments with patience and calm when a client is stressed mid-event
→ Triage and prioritize on the fly when multiple clients need help at once — because Saturday nights get busy
Backend & Ops (Your Downtime)
→ Configure and set up events on the backend of our platform (booth settings, custom designs, client preferences)
→ Follow up with clients on outstanding to-dos — shipping details, event specs, add-ons — to keep rentals on track
→ Help with general operational support to keep our team running smoothly
YOU'RE A FIT IF...
→ You're genuinely tech-savvy — you pick up new platforms fast and can talk someone through a technical fix without losing them
→ You don't rattle under pressure. When it's go-time, you get sharper, not shakier
→ You have experience supporting clients through technical issues — phone, video, email, text, whatever it takes
→ You understand that a live event isn't just a meeting — missing the moment matters, and you treat it that way
→ You're a quick thinker who can prioritize competing needs without being told what to do next
→ You have a natural ability to calm upset people down — you're empathetic, patient, and steady

Events happen on evenings and weekends — so that's when we need you most. Hours flex week to week based on the rental calendar, ranging from 10 to 20+ hours. Weekday availability is a great bonus for backend event setup and client follow-ups, but not required.
If you're a student, freelancer, or someone looking for a flexible side role with real responsibility — this is worth a look.
