LCG Communications is expanding and seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are an authorized sales partner supporting AT&T and DIRECTV neighborhood sales campaigns.
This role focuses on introducing residents to available internet and television services in assigned neighborhoods. Representatives work independently in the field, speaking with homeowners and helping them enroll in services available at their address.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and earning income based on performance.
Position Overview
Field Sales Representatives will work in designated residential areas speaking with homeowners about available AT&T and DIRECTV services. Representatives will verify service eligibility and assist customers with account setup using company-provided sales tools.
No prior telecom experience is required. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
- Introduce residents to AT&T internet and DIRECTV services
- Explain available plans, promotions, and installation options
- Assist customers with service enrollment using company systems
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence in the community
- Follow company sales standards and compliance guidelines
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential.
Typical earnings range:
- $800 – $1,500 per week for active representatives
- Weekly commission payouts
- Performance bonuses available
Income is based on completed service activations.
