Role Description
The Transcriptionist role at As Built is a full-time, on-site position based in Overijse. The primary responsibilities include listening to audio recordings and transcribing spoken content accurately into written documents. The role also involves identifying speakers, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accuracy while adhering to formatting guidelines. The Transcriptionist will collaborate with team members to ensure timely submission of high-quality transcriptions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in transcription and accurate typing skills
- Strong command of written and spoken language with excellent grammar and spelling
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in audio recordings
- Familiarity with transcription software or tools and basic computer skills
- Ability to follow guidelines and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently on-site
- Prior experience in transcription or similar roles is a plus
- Knowledge of technical terminology, especially in architecture or construction, is advantageous
