The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role assists with scheduling, documentation, communication, and coordination of office activities while supporting management and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to office staff and management.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Qualifications
High school diploma or associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
