The Role
We are hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to own and operate the social media department for 12–22 recurring clients.
This is a high-responsibility role for someone who is:
- Organized
- Process-driven
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Confident communicating with clients
- Efficient with scheduling and reporting
- Minimal micromanagement coupled with high accountability
What You’ll Own
- Managing 12–22 social media accounts
- Weekly content scheduling (Meta Business Suite or similar tools)
- Caption writing and hashtag strategy
- Community management (DMs + comments as needed)
- Monthly performance reporting and analysis
- Content planning with internal designer
- Client communication and updates
- Suggesting improvements and growth initiatives to team and client when appropriate
What This Role Is Not
- Not influencer marketing
- Not random daily posting
- Not a “vibes” content role
- Not entry-level
This is an operational leadership position within the social media division with the opportunity to grow with the agency as we scale up clients.
Required Experience
- 2–5+ years managing social media accounts (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Previous experience managing 10-15+ clients simultaneously
- Proficient with Meta Business Suite (or scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, Metricool or similar platforms)
- Comfortable pulling analytics and interpreting performance data
- Strong copywriting ability for captions
- Highly organized and deadline-driven
