We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive General Virtual Assistant with Australian Tax experience to support in various tasks related to research, bookkeeping, admin tasks, graphic/ video editing, and social media management.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram and Facebook posts using Canva, adhering to provided content and style guidelines.
- Ensure Meta Business Centre is correctly set up and managed.
- Assist in preparing Xero accounts for tax purposes, including assigning bank feed transactions and making notes on specific transactions.
- Conduct research
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Canva for social media post creation.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Centre setup and management.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, particularly in Xero.
- Has AU Tax experience.
- Strong research skills and the ability to evaluate the legitimacy and quality of products.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
