Location: Remote (Must reside in Colorado)
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
We are looking to fill our final spots for the Remote Tele-Fundraiser position. This role is dedicated to supporting brave firefighters and emergency responders through the Colorado State Fire Fighters Foundation.
In this vital role, you will leverage your fundraising expertise to build meaningful relationships, secure crucial funding, and advance our mission of assisting those who serve on the front lines. Work Schedule & Commitment
- Minimum Commitment: You must be available to work at least 28 hours per week.
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling options are available within the operational hours of Monday - Saturday 9 am - 8 pm MST.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Fundraising: Conduct engaging outbound calls to potential donors, existing supporters, and community partners to secure donations.
- Donor Management: Manage donor relationships through personalized communication to foster long-term support and recurring contributions.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, donations, and campaign activities within our fundraising database/CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Residency: You must currently live in the state of Colorado.
- Experience: Previous experience in BOTH telemarketing and fundraising is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not have a background in these specific areas.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, databases, and general computer navigation to track engagement effectively.
- Compliance: Familiarity with fundraising regulations and best practices in nonprofit development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to speak professionally and enthusiastically to diverse audiences.
