Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send outgoing mail in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain organized mailing records and tracking systems
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Use Excel and other digital tools to manage mailing lists and documentation
Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong follow-through and accuracy
