This immersive 16-week program gives you real-world exposure to how affiliate programs are built, launched, and optimized. You won't just observe - you'll actively contribute to meaningful marketing initiatives while developing practical, resume-ready skills.
As part of the program, interns receive
free enrollment in "Build a Successful Affiliate Program", a structured, step-by-step training course that teaches you how to design, launch, and manage a high-performing affiliate program.
Throughout the internship, you'll gain experience in:
- Affiliate research and partner outreach
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Social media content support
- CRM management and competitive research
- Marketing asset coordination
No prior affiliate marketing experience is required. We're looking for motivated learners ready to grow.
High-performing interns may be considered for a
paid internship or entry-level opportunity upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities & Learning ActivitiesThis internship is structured as a guided learning experience with real-world application.
You will:
- Learn how to research and identify potential affiliate partners with mentorship from the marketing team
- Support affiliate outreach using structured templates and best practices
- Monitor affiliate platforms and track basic partner activity
- Assist in preparing weekly performance summaries and interpreting affiliate data
- Maintain and update CRM records to support organization and accuracy
- Conduct competitor research and share strategic insights
- Help update affiliate-facing marketing materials
- Complete structured training sessions and document key learnings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team
Social Media Management - Responsibilities & Learning OpportunitiesIn addition to affiliate marketing exposure, you'll gain foundational social media marketing experience.
You will:
- Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts
- Help draft captions, research hashtags, and tailor content per platform
- Support basic community engagement (monitoring comments and messages)
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Research trends, competitors, and content ideas
- Organize media assets and support brand consistency
- Document insights related to social strategy and execution
