Role Description
This is a full-time, off-site Administrative Assistant role based in the United States. The Administrative Assistant will perform a range of responsibilities, including managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling clerical duties, and providing executive-level support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining effective communication, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring operational efficiency within the office.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance, Clerical, and Organizational skills to support daily office functions effectively.
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, including data management and managing sensitive information.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, ensuring professional interactions with vendors and clients.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant office software and technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in an off site environment and have a sense of urgency.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; knowledge of commercial equipment financing a plus.
