Office Assistant
Pay: $18 per hour starting

Schedule: 10–20 hours per week, flexible

Location- Mostly remote with some onsite training and work as needed (flexible). Must be in a commutable distance from Tulsa, OK.

What You’ll Do
This role is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly. As the first point of contact for both customers and field technicians, you will play a critical role in setting the tone for our company. You’ll be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to inbound calls, texts, messages, and emails ensuring customers feel heard, supported, and confident in our services. Your ability to communicate clearly, prioritize urgent needs, and relay accurate information helps keep schedules on track and technicians equipped with what they need to succeed.
- Answer inbound calls and messages from new and existing customers
- Promptly return missed customer calls within 5 minutes to ensure timely, responsive service.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments and assist with customer needs and questions
- Support field technicians with questions, requests, updates, and work order coordination
- Assist with dispatching and daily schedule adjustments as needed
- CRM data entry and updating customer/job information
- Managing inboxes and routing requests to the correct team member
- Billing support, accounts payable, and/or collections
- Supporting internal reporting and documentation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned or needed to support daily operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role in a professional environment (required)
- Prior billing support experience (AP/AR) highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and clear written/verbal communication (required)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software quickly
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) preferred
- Home services admin experience (pool, HVAC, plumbing, pest, etc.) preferred
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
