Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to own and scale our global lifecycle marketing and marketing automation function. This role will drive the vision, execution, and optimization of our automation strategy to accelerate pipeline growth and deliver data-driven, personalized customer experiences worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead a global lifecycle marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives.
- Own and optimize our marketing automation ecosystem, with Marketo as the primary platform and HubSpot as a secondary system.
- Build, execute, and continuously improve lead management processes, including scoring, routing, segmentation, and nurture programs.
- Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Regional Marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable pipeline impact.
- Develop scalable personalization, testing, and reporting frameworks to improve engagement, conversion, and marketing attribution.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and strong system integrations across the martech stack.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing global marketing operations team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or lifecycle marketing, including leadership experience.
- 7+ years of deep, hands-on Marketo experience with full platform ownership (architecture, execution, optimization, and governance).
- Proven ability to leverage marketing automation to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, and marketing analytics.
- Experience working in complex, global B2B environments.
- HubSpot experience preferred but secondary to Marketo expertise.
