As we seek to continue our pursuit of easy to use, fun, safe, and reliable THC beverages we are adding to our Team with the Field Sales Manager position.
Role Description
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for working to manage our sales program in the region, working directly with the COO, DSD and the sales representatives across the region to manage and improve the sales program. The successful candidate will have experience growing a sales team in a fast-growing consumer goods company, preferably with a background in beverage. This role reports to the COO and will have a team of direct reports to manage and distributor partners to align.
Job Duties
· Lead the sales team in each territory to exceed goals by providing day-to-day coaching, deploying business solutions, and offering sales development through trade training days.
· Design and communicate execution expectations for all promotional activities at the store level across the sales team and DSD partners.
· Manage sales team execution in the trade, ensuring POGs, trade assets, and placements conform to business expectations and goals.
· Manage performance tracking of sales team KPIs and data utilization to improve overall performance; including sales team routing, SKU expansion opportunities, retail account gaps, and other analysis.
· Design and implement KPIs, incentives and programming with effective tracking mechanisms in place.
· Prepare and deliver presentations balancing the company's priorities and customer needs, including menu concepts, new product introduction and promotions.
· Perform day to day sales activities across the Florida market.

· Experience opening accounts, managing large and small format account bases, and negotiating and closing deals.
· Demonstrated ability to interface with key stakeholders across all levels, internally and externally,
· Geographic knowledge of respective territory.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
· 5+ years of sales management experience
· Experience managing and leading the sales team
· Team player accustomed to wearing many hats
· Previous experience in beverage or CPG sales preferred
· Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
· Familiarity and aptitude with Gsuite, Microsoft Office, and VIP, iDig + KARMA.
· Detailed oriented and extremely organized.
· Strong communicator who can provide exceptional customer service and react quickly to identify and solve problems.
· Must be able to pass a background check;
· Must be 21+.
Additional Requirements
· Travel requirement across United States, upwards of 75%.
· Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads; 50-pound lifting requirements.
· Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
· The ability to sit, stand, walk, and type for long periods of time.
