About The Role
You build and steer a team of various types — appointment setters, BDRs, closers. You understand how to run a sales org: sales ops, KPIs, contests, targets. You know what good looks like and how to get people there.
We're building an investor relations machine. You'll design the structure, set the metrics, and keep the team accountable. Prior IR experience is nice to have, but we care more that you've built and run sales teams that hit targets.

Compensation
Up to
$350,000 max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).
What Success Looks Like In 30 Days
- You've mapped our current team structure and identified gaps
- You've established KPIs, targets, and a reporting rhythm
- You've run at least one contest or incentive to drive activity
- You've aligned appointment setters, BDRs, and closers into a coherent pipeline
- You've documented the playbook so it scales beyond you
What You'll Do
- Build and steer the team — appointment setters, BDRs, closers. Hire, coach, and hold accountable.
- Own sales ops — CRM, pipeline visibility, lead routing, handoff processes.
- Set and track KPIs — activity metrics, conversion rates, targets. Run contests and incentives.
- Design the structure — who does what, how leads flow, when to escalate.
- Document the playbook — scripts, processes, and systems that scale beyond you.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and steering sales teams — appointment setters, BDRs, closers, or equivalent mix.
- Strong sales ops fluency — KPIs, contests, targets, pipeline management. You know what moves the needle.
- Coach and accountability — you get people to hit their numbers.
Nice to have: Prior investor relations or capital raising experience. Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, etc.).
