We are excited to announce that we’re hiring a Director of Sales . The Director of Sales is primarily responsible for leading and executing Premium Guard, Inc.’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships across automotive aftermarket distribution channels. This role oversees regional and national sales teams, develops strategic partnerships, and ensures alignment between sales, operations, supply chain, and customer service to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
The Director of Sales plays a critical leadership role in scaling Premium Guard’s presence with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners while ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and performance across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Premium Guard’s revenue and growth objectives
- Identify new market opportunities within the automotive distribution, retail, and commercial channels
- Partner with executive leadership to establish annual revenue targets, sales forecasts, and growth plans.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive strategic decisions
Sale Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales & Account Managers
- Establish clear performance goals, KPIs, and accountability standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions
- Build a high performance sales culture focused on customer service, accountability, and growth
Revenue Growth & Account Management
- Driver revenue growth through expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new customers
- Manage relationships with key strategic accounts, distributors, and national customers
- Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnership agreements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Operational Alignment
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure alignment on customer commitments
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and expansion accounts
- Provide leadership in resolving customer escalations
Sales Performance & Analytics
- Provide regular reporting and updates to Executive leadership
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Monitor Sales performance metrics
- Track performance, opportunities, and team activity
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and best practices
- Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline management
