We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations and Campaign Coordinator to join our team. This isa great opportunity for someone passionate about marketing to develop their skills while contributing to impactful campaigns in a fast-growing organization.
This role blends hands-on marketing execution with management of HubSpot, supporting both campaign delivery and the systems that power Patter’s go-to-market efforts.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning, creating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Trade Show Coordination: Support event planning and execution, ensuring Patter’s presence is impactful and organized.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content and visual assets for campaigns, including graphics, copy, and multimedia elements.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscape, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Email Marketing: Assist in developing and distributing email campaigns, including content creation, list management, and performance tracking.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors or agencies to facilitate marketing initiatives.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing materials, coordinating updates and new material creation as needed.
- Deliverables Development: Create various marketing deliverables, such as marketing assets, blog articles, and print materials.
- Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze metrics to track the success of campaigns and recommend adjustments.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other reporting platforms to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Branding and Identity Development: Ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms and campaigns.
- CRM/HubSpot - Own day-to-day management of HubSpot, ensuring accurate, clean, and well-organized CRM and marketing data.
- Maintain and regularly clean contact, company, and deal records (deduplication, field standardization, lifecycle stages).
- Build, update, and manage contact lists and audience segments to support targeted campaigns and reporting.
- Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, and email automation.
- Ensure data integrity between HubSpot and integrated tools, flagging issues and coordinating fixes as needed.
- Support reporting and dashboard creation to track campaign performance, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, client success, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Location: Must be based in the East Coast or Central time zones.
- Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience (Relevant internships with hands-on responsibilities will be considered as part of this experience).
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
- Positive, self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail.
- The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-determined set of HubSpot certifications within the first 90 days of hire and will be expected to continue learning and obtaining certifications for any new and relevant HubSpot courses.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Familiarity with tools like Asana for task management and collaboration.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva for graphic design a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
