Elite Sitters & Care Co. is a boutique childcare agency serving families across the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. We provide professional babysitting, overnight care, and nanny placement services with a strong focus on reliability, professionalism, and high-quality family support.
We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative & On-Call Coordinator to support daily operations—helping with scheduling, client communication, and being available for occasional on-call support when caregivers are providing care.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with caregiver scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
- Help coordinate client bookings and follow-ups through our online platform (Aaniie)
- Send reminders and updates to clients and caregivers
- Be on-call during scheduled care hours in case a caregiver or client needs assistance (typically evenings and weekends)
- Communicate clearly and professionally through text, email, or phone
- Help with light admin tasks such as reference calls, background check follow-ups, and simple client updates
Compensation Structure (We believe in transparency and fairness.)
- Weekly Retainer: $100–$125 per week, covering regular admin work and general availability
- Active On-Call Pay: If contacted during a caregiver shift and you need to step in to resolve an issue (such as a schedule change, caregiver question, or client concern), you’ll receive:
- $10–$15 per incident handled, or $15/hour prorated in 15-minute increments for more involved coordination.
This role averages about 5–8 active hours per week, though total time “available” (on-call) may be greater. You’re not obligated to monitor messages unless you need to actively do so, for example if a caregiver needs you.

Elite Sitters & Care Co. is a growing small business. As a contracted role, this position may adjust or end at any time if business needs or financial capacity change. Should the agency determine the role is no longer necessary or cannot be sustained financially, the contract may be ended with notice.
