Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for the CEO which include internal and external meetings.
- Prioritize scheduling requests and resolve conflicts proactively.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and presentations.
- Attend meetings when required and capture minutes and action items.
- Act as a primary point of contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication across leadership, teams, clients, and partners.
- Draft professional correspondence, emails, and executive communications.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Maintain organized documentation and records.
- Support compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end coordination across internal teams, vendors, clients, and business partners.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and executive priorities.
- Facilitate interactions with international and domestic stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Manage itineraries, visas, accommodations, and expense documentation.
- Support guest and delegation management, including executive visits and meetings.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience working with senior leadership in a corporate environment.

Salary expected: $60,000
