We provide comprehensive financial guidance and tailored strategies to help high-net-worth individuals and families manage, preserve, and grow their wealth. We act as a single point of contact for a client's entire financial life. We are a boutique firm that prides itself on creating deep and lasting relationships with its clients, providing tailored services, and acting as a liaison between the other specialists on the client’s team such as tax attorneys and accountants.

The work
- Manage the principal’s calendar obsessively and with excellence
- Respond to emails professionally and promptly, in founder’s voice; follow her email organization system
- Delegate work to appropriate team members as needed
- Manage the prospect pipeline; schedule introductory meetings and follow-up calls
- Create social media and marketing content and calendars, ensuring on-time completion and posting; interface with external marketing team
- Book business and personal travel as needed
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees such as computer set-up and system access
- Handle all aspects of event planning for quarterly new client dinners, company holiday parties, annual convention, and perhaps even your manager’s child’s birthday party, doctor's appointments, etc. Personal Assistant work that positively affects the Executive Assistant work.
- Ensure that all communication, both verbal and written, always presents the firm and its members in a positive light
- Manage vendor payments, tenant invoices, building maintenance contractors
- Brief manager so she is thoroughly prepared for internal meetings
- Manage the firm's weekly KPI tracker
- Understand the firm's processes and pipeline to prioritize tasks and anticipate and execute next steps, like scheduling client dinners, sending thank you notes, selecting and sending appropriate gifts

Your Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in operations, concierge services, or high-touch, VIP client services in any industry
- College degree preferred (but please apply if you’re highly qualified without a degree)
- Previous experience coordinating scheduling and logistics
- Remote work experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Wealthbox CRM for data entry and workflow initiation a plus
- Social media-savvy, strong copywriting skills, and confident working across multiple creator apps such as Canva and Buffer
- Strong Calendly, Microsoft Office, and Teams skills
Other
- Office located in Park City Utah, Position fully remote. Must be available to attend quarterly in-person events and possibly travel with the founder in the future
- Typical work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain time, with team calls starting at 7:45 AM MST; please apply even if you are based in a different time zone
