We're working with Aiken Regional Medical Centers on this exciting opportunity. This role involves assisting the Director of Marketing with campaign development and implementation, focusing on content marketing and communications for a leading acute care facility.
**The Role**
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and projects
• Lead content marketing, including social media strategy, video, website, and blogs
• Create digital communication assets through graphic design, videography, and photography
• Support internal and external communications, including public relations and employee engagement
• Keep abreast of traditional and emerging marketing channels and digital marketing trends
• Coordinate, plan, promote, and execute special events, including some early mornings/nights/weekends
**What You'll Need**
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, or related field (experience may substitute for education)
• 5-7 years progressive marketing experience managing multi-channel campaigns and digital strategy
• 2+ years in a comprehensive healthcare system preferred, understanding clinical service lines and HIPAA compliance
• Advanced digital marketing capabilities, including SEO/SEM and analytics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop for graphic design, photography, video editing)
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce engaging, on-brand content
