What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the responsive voice behind the screen. Assists clients via email, phone and virtual meetings. Your clarity and patience build trust.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and keep financial records accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate, verify, and issue invoices while resolving any billing questions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and keep an eye on outstanding receivables.
- Administer payroll with precision, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather invoicing information.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with strong accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in a remote work setting is a plus!
- Available to work during US hours (Philippines graveyard shift).
- Must have your own laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet.
