Adecco is currently searching for a Senior Digital Designer for a contract/freelancer role with a luxury retailer of furniture and home furnishings.
- Located in NYC; role is remote but may go into office as needed
- Must have 5+ years of digital design experience with a large corporation
The Digital Designer will support the design team with bringing the brand to life through multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and able to work with attention to detail while maintaining deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities
· Design and execute digital assets for multiple marketing channels – emails, website banners, advertisements, paid media banners, static social content (in-feed posts, Instagram stories, etc.), video social content (reels, GIFs, MP4s, etc.)
· Ability to take a project from initial brief to final execution
· Ability to carry a creative concept across multiple marketing channels
· Ability to manage multiple projects with different timelines simultaneously
· Ability to collaborate well with other designers, copywriters, and marketing partners
· Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards
· Create compelling designs through excellent use of typography, color, and photography
Experience & Qualifications
· 7-10 years of experience designing for an in-house creative brand, ideally in the retail space
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
· Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) *Adobe Premiere and After Effects are not required, but nice to have if knowledgeable
· Ability to multitask, maintain deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to problem solve (ex. communicate issues when they arise in a clear manner and recommend a solution)
· Ability to easily adapt to changing workflows and processes
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing
· Must have a positive attitude and be open and receptive to feedback
